“We shopped at your store on Liberty Blvd, Dubois on Saturday for the sale, bought a lot of things. Left the store and found we were missing a small spoon. We went back at the end of the day and talked to Michelle to see if it was found. Michelle searched but did not find it. She took our name and number in case she would find it. She called the next day to tell us she found it. We want to let you know how grateful we were. We appreciate what Michelle did. We noticed while standing in line that she helped other employees to keep things moving on such a busy day. She was effective and also maintained her friendlyness toward everyone. For some reason we saw the store on Liberty Blvd was closed on another website. We hope that you keep this store open, keep Michelle and all the staff. We shop here at least twice a week and they are great people.”
“This is a typical thrift store. No place to try clothing on. But don't remove the tag, keep the receipt, and can return to any of goodwill store with in the time frame if something doesn't fit.”
