“I took my 2011 Ford Excursion to Andy Lowry Auto for several issues. The front AC would stop on its own. It had no AC in the rear. “I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out. I HIGHLY recommend Butchko Brothers whenever you are faced with a need for car parts or salvage.”

“It doesn't happen often today that a service station actually provides service, but that's what you get at Bell's. I assume it was Mr. Bell himself, who pumped the gas for my vehicle, listened patiently to my frustrations with the roadwork on Rt 119, and sent me on my way with kind and uplifting words that cheered my day. Bell's is a throwback to the days of full service - no automated, high-tech pumps or convenience store. You get a friendly, professional face to face interaction with another human being. It doesn't happen often anymore, but it does at Bell's.”
