βI am very satisfied with the service I receive at Carney. I have an Alfa Romeo, which doesnβt seem to be common here and yet they somehow know exactly how to service it. I needed an alignment that the tire store couldnβt seem to figure out how to do and was going to have to drive it to the closest dealership, which is well over an hour away and they knew exactly what to do! So now probably say they are my go to service shop!β

βLiterally my first google review but they deserve it haha. Called them on a whim because a hose popped off while we were heading down to WV and they came right down and helped us on the side of the road. Friendly and kind even though it was 4pm on a Friday! Thanks so much again for your help!β
βI stopped in because I had an issue with the balance on my tires from a different shop. I explained it to them, and they took my car in immediately, fixed the issue, and didn’t charge me at all. They were so kind and helpful! Steve was the mechanic who fixed the issue. Thank you!β
βWonderful mechanic does amazing work and very reasonable I go there for all my work to be done to my car brakes tires very professional and definitely worth every penny I highly recommend him and he's very family oriented and very knowledgeableβ

They are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about vehicles. They helped me learn a few things about vehicles I didn't know. They treat you with respect. I will ALWAYS take my vehicles to Vince's Auto Works.β

βWasnt planning on buying a vehicle, just stopped to look at it ,it caught my eye so I stopped the mileage was unbeatable amd the jeep was emaculate ,so i went back up and put some money down on al 2005 jeep liberty !went to do the deal with Scott Detweiler here to find out the previous owner couldn't find the title but He left us wait till he got the title ! then we finished! I love the jeep !If I had to do it all over again I would do it again !Scott is a great guy! we bought 2 others off of them before! Great dealership been there for years and years!Detwielers are great!β

βI have a 2009 GMC Canyon that was in need of some repairs involving the frame, emergency brake hose, fenders, gas tank mount, etc. The gentleman took care of all the problems. I rated it a 4/5 because there were some scheduling issues of the completion of the vehicle but Iβm a nice guy and I didnβt take it personally. Great place if need something done, would definitely recommend!β

βHad a great experience with the sales department while I purchased my truck, didn’t get the trade value I wanted but easy to deal with and very helpful. The is a blemish on an interior trim piece a sales scheduled service to call a set up something to replace, I haven’t been contacted yet which is why I’m only giving 4 stars.β

βWe were traveling from Wheeling, WV to Laurel Caverns in PA when we broke down and had to be towed here to Napa for a caliper mounting bolt. We called ahead to see if they had the part and they did. Tim, a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales associate held the part for us. When he saw us getting towed onto their property, he even let us use his personal tools so we could fix our truck on site and continue on with our journey. We highly recommend Napa and especially Tim for their above and beyond professional, kind, and fast services they provide.β
βWe were 1100 miles from home and the radiator cracked. They fit us in and had it ready the next day. No issues after repair and we're home now. Fair price and shop rate is very fair. Good job and we really appreciate getting it done so we could leave on time.β

βThe staff was (were?) super friendly from the moment I stepped in until my car was done. No judgement on the several problems my car had. βWent in to get my towing hitch installed from the va they didnt have the right tool and had to order it online was very fast and got me back in within a few days. They were very professional and the work was done fast was in and out when they had the tool in hand less then a hour and a half will be returning if I need anymore work done. Thanks guysβ
