“We had my wife's Mazda CX-9 done several months ago, around July 2024. After a few months, the drivers door tint bunched up due to the window gap being tighter than it should be.
Past experiences with this business were so-so. The previous shop manager looks to have been removed and the owner is now running the shop again.
I took the car in for my appt and the owner was unexpectedly late and I did have to sit for a while, but the owner DID get my tint fixed under warranty, and with a smile. Alan also compensated me for my time and frustration, without me asking. This is how you turn a bad situation into a repeat customer. Be cordial, apologetic, and give them a reason to come back. It seems that the tint was previously installed by the employee who no longer works there, and that seems like a good move on the owner's part.”
