“Stopped in to buy a spare 2 years ago, and was treated professionally and with fairness, in good time. I will definitely return when I need a set of tires again.”
“I took my truck to Big Dog Auto for an inspection and I was thoroughly impressed by James's professionalism and work ethic. As a woman, sometimes shops do try and get over but James focused on what the actual inspection entailed, explained in detailed what needed replaced and why, showed me all the old bulbs removed as well as the old brake pads he replaced. James informed me of an oil leak I had but ensured me it wasn't an urgent matter to stress about at the moment but also went ahead and provided a quote to fix in the future. He provided updates via text that included pick up time as well as costs. My whole experience was amazing and I will continue to use Big Dog Auto. Thanks again James and your son in law for the good work you guys do.”
“I was running a little late tonight to pick up my car and Nick was willing to stay a few minutes after so I can make my way home. Thank you so much Firestone at the second street location. Harrisburg is one of the best service stations I’ve been to the service is wonderful, prompt and affordable. The staff are also super welcoming and have great customer service skills. I highly recommend.”
“The folks here were extremely professional and friendly. I had my vehicle towed there after it died on me unexpectedly. They checked it out and let me know exactly how much it would cost to repair. Definitely recommend them.”
“Couldn’t fit me in as a walk in, but he helped me with what he could and recommended a few other reliable mechanics. Thank you again!! You made my bad day better!”

“Everyone was helpful and not rude which I appreciated a lot and everybody really knew their stuff but weirdly acted initially like they were at a loss for information when I asked questions but then once they got rolling they were full of helpful information & did a real quick turn around for me as well as really solid recommendations for the future.”
