“I was towing my trailer, and was heading home after buying a load of coal. Unfortunately, the left tire of the trailer blew out and was shredded. I had to leave the trailer on the shoulder of the road and return with a new tire on another wheel the next day. When I arrived to replace the trailer tire I thought I was well-equipped with a new tire on a wheel, a floor jack and an impact wrench. I found my old floor jack was not up to the job and could not raise the trailer for the tire replacement. I called Edkin's Towing and explained my situation. He agreed to come to my assistance, brought a working jack, and finished the job. I was relieved to get my coal and trailer off the shoulder of the road and towed home. I was pleased Mr. Edkin was willing to take on such an unconventional job.”

“Today 03/17/2024 was a very challenging day, however, Chase from your company had very good customer service. Even though the agent did not give him my phone number to contact me, I did not have to wait as long as the app stated. We communicated about the issue, he did not over do anything with my car I order not to cause further issues. Chase communicated with me the entire time of him towing my vehicle to the designated destination. Was able to place my car in a secure spot with no issues. Chase is a very nice and respectful tow truck driver. I understand that we do not know the tow truck drivers , however, being respectful will take you a long way. Give Chase a raise.”
