The Postmaster, Cathy, was previously reported as rude and nasty, but since her departure, customers have not had any further negative experiences. The local Post Office is praised for its excellent customer service and for restoring customers' faith in the USPS.

Beth and Karen are a treat. They always provide service with a smile. I come here often to mail business packages and my day is always improved the moment I walk in. These nice ladies restore my faith in the post office. Everyone I have encountered here genuinely seems to enjoy their job, which is remarkable.

Very easy and quick service. The clerk who helped me on 7/14 was very polite.

Unprofessional staff, would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to Mechanicsburg/Camp Hill to not deal with them.
