“Word of mouth is good advertisement, that’s how we heard about ZZZTown Mattress & Mike Kasun . Mike was great to work with. Very patient with all our questions and encouraged us not to rush our decision. Mike is a personable guy, easy to work with and knowledgeable about mattresses. Delivery and set up was a smooth process. He has it down to a science!! Thanks Mike.”
“The gentlemen was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Service with a smile is hard to find anymore. They have a good bit in stock which was helpful because we needed a new mattress that day.”
“There aren't many businesses anymore that operate like this one! They give the absolute best customer service around!!! They are reliable, hardworking and most importantly, HONEST. They have fixed appliances of ours that we didn't even purchase from them and we've been so impressed with them that we have replaced said appliances down the road with new ones from their store. We will ONLY buy our appliances from them in the future and HIGHLY recommend you do as well! They truly stand behind their products and service and are a small business that should really be supported.”
“Ryan listened to what we were looking for in a mattress set, and we appreciated the time he took with us. No rushing at all. We both enjoyed finding the right mattress.”
“This was our second purchase this year from Levin's in Altoona PA. Our sales person for both our purchases was Hailey. She was informative and efficient in putting our desks together. Would highly recommend a purchase from Levin's both for the quality and value they offer.”
“Bethany greeted me immediately and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very responsive to what I needed. I will was able to complete the purchase and schedule my delivery date in another state right there. Will definitely go back when I want another sleep number. Couldn't have been ɓetter!”
“We purchased a full size mattress recently. Jim was so helpful and amazing to deal with. We felt defeated after going to or calling over a dozen stores in the altoona area only to find out that they do not have mattresses in stock for you to take home with you that day. Most places you have to wait 1-2 weeks or more and some places do not even have displays available to try before buying. The other issue was the outrageous prices. Not at American Freight. They have lots of choices, lots of in stock items and great prices. I will go here first for anything we need from now on.”
“Katie was a very pleasant sales person answered all our questions and placed our order and set up delivery all in 30 minutes. Love this place. My new favorite store.”
