Ryan. Ricardo and Liz are exceptional employees. They helped me do much with patience,kindness and a wealth of technical knowledge. I upgraded to 25 pro max and got the tablet and. I pad Rich and Ryan tiltly helped with all the ye h cal stuff. The transfers snd showed me how to work everything and gs come very important information about my bill and who I Woukd purchase these items all with notable patience and kindness. This is why. I stay with ATT They should be acknowledged.

I am an AT&T phone service customer of many years. Last week, I decided it was time to buy a new iphone. The one I had was old (an i-7 Plus) and the charging port was broke. AT&T customer service rep Stephen provided great help at the Dunmore store. He helped me decide which phone would be best for me, then he transferred my data from my old phone to the new one. He was highly knowledgeable and extremely efficient, and, most importantly, he answered all of my questions in very clear terms. And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. My experience dealing with Stephen at the Dunmore store made me glad I had chosen AT&T as my service provider.

Ryan, the manager at this AT&T is awesome. He helped me discontinue unused tablets that were purchased years ago and helped me upgrade my iPhone while saving money as well on my plan. I will definitely be going out of my way in the future to visit this AT&T store again.

A young man waited on us. He could not have been any nicer. He seemed to be helping all the other store associates as well. I wish I could remember his name-but I do recollect him saying he liked the Philadelphia eagles when he made small talk with us. The store is lucky to have him-his positivity was contagious.

Paid off my phone so I could switch carriers. Was having a issue where it wasn't unlocked. I went to the store to ask for assistance since now I could nolonger make calls on my device. The associate that was there was very rude and dismissive and gave the impression that he didn't want to assist me. It became heated where we were yelling at each other. The manager stepped in and was able to unlock my phone. I then went on my way. Terrible customer service from that young man. The Manger on the other hand very helpful and professional. But not a experience I will be repeating with at&t
