I rented a storage space and paid $260. I was charged the admin fee, twice, on top of the rental space amount. I canceled my purchase less than 2 days later, without ever accessing it or going there. I requested a refund. At first I was told no. Then I was given $99 of my $260 back. This is absolutely unacceptable. I continue to call and receive a voicemail. I have emailed repeatedly. This is a slimy way to do business. It is lacking in integrity. I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. Doing this to someone in the middle of a move is the last thing they need. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Storage unit was super clean and the space looks very secure. Brendon, the attendant was absolutely awesome and super accommodating. Would recommend over and over again.

Recently needed a storage unit and was calling around. I found extraspace in dunmore to have the size I needed at a good price. Brenden was very helpful in showing me the space and helping with the documents and questions I had. Thank you!

Brenden showed me the storage unit and me everything I need to know about the storage unit place and it was quick and easy and he has great customer service skills and he was nice and polite.
