“I'm giving a five rating because harbor freight had a very similar item to one in Tractor Supply yet was half the price. I don't know where this tire was manufactured, but the one at Tractor Supply was made in China, so I don't think that was the reason for the difference in price. Also, the bathroom here is so super clean and well thought out. Good job guys.”

“Nice larger size local Ace. I tend to always find what I need here without the longer drive to Wilkes Barre or Dickson City. From specialty screws, to driveway patch, to bird seed, even coal stove gaskets and bagged coal they have it at a fair price.”
“I went to Ace to purchase nothing. Just wanted to do some browsing. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by staff with a smile and a hello. They asked if there was anything they could help me with and seemed eager to point me in the right direction. I was looking for nothing in particular, so I as such and went on my way.
I was absolutely amazed at the cleanliness and organized nature of this particular store! Everything in their own slots and front facing! Well stocked and very tighty! This place was like a mini Walmart! It had almost anything you could think of! A hardware store that sells hand soap and decorative bathroom garbage cans? Couldn't believe what I could buy here! So cool! The manager was super sweet and courteous. Stephanie I believe her name was. If you're in the market for a barbecue grill, battery operated lawn mower, any type of hardware or curtains, this place is a must stop for all your shopping needs!”

“Good selection, can usually find what I need. But I will echo the experience of others, not a great customer experience when you’re treated like a huge nuisance for walking in 12 minutes before closing. I was literally in and out of the door in two minutes, but was told by the man at the register to “hurry up“ three times while checking out. Front door was locked 7 minutes prior to closing time.I’ve worked retail, I understand the desire to get home promptly, but if you’re open for business there’s no reason to treat people poorly whether it’s 5 mins or 5 hours to close.”
“Extremely helpful and friendly store employees. The associate Eric worked with me on perfecting a rusty cat cage that most would consider trash into a beautiful cat condo. Very knowledgeable about what products to use for restoration, helping me conquer every obstacle I had. Trust me I am not a professional DIY person, and returned to the store 3 days in a row with issues and he walked me through it all like a pro!!! Eric is the real MVP, I never would have received such amazing help from a large chain store like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Thank you Eric and Ace Hardware!! “I went to home Depot and search of a few things but among them was polyurethane. there was a friendly looking woman working in the aisle who I approached, expecting only mild knowledge of where I could find the polyurethane. much to my surprise, the employee, Jordan, had a HUGE amount of experience in woodworking and in, you guessed it, Polyurethane. Even though I interrupted her, she was very welcoming, very friendly, obviously very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. this place is lucky to have an employee like her. she deserves any and all of the accolades there are, or might be, for customer service.”
