I generally love price chopper for all my needs but this location seems to be slacking lately, stock low more often and the MTO hot or cold food hasn't been good I sent. My room mate to grab rotisserie chicken and that I seen in flyer and upon opening it to eat it when brought back my God it was burned to a crispy no lie the chicken was literally black and shrunk up. Return for new one not burnsd but still not edible it was so dry and over cooked this is more then once this has happened with the mto food lately or meets past shelf life pls get back to where u guys were . Still clean and staff is nice and accommodating tho.

Hours of operation are not posted correctly neither on the website nor at the entrance. Market 32 has never stayed open until midnight, so the website and the entrance should be updated to reflect the actual hours of operation.

expensive and terrible, I never had tried a cornbread this bad...I think not even trying hard can someone bakes such a piece of garbage...and the muffins display with a bunch of flies

Been shopping here for years. Use instacart constantly now. I had an order this morning that had deli meat on it…the shopper said the deli was closed, no lights on and no one around. This is between 7:50 am and 8:00 am. She asked one or two employees what time the deli opened. Answer: I don’t know. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I called at 7:56, no answer at the deli. So I called back and zero help but a smart remark from whoever answered the phone which is par for the course with this business. The ladies at the self check out are rude and nasty and customer service is next to nothing. So, now I’ll get a response with an insincere apology. Try training your employees to be human and KIND. They’re NOT doing me a favor by helping me. I’m actually paying their salary.

Kelly, I can see why you are the manager you are professional your courteous, and you know how to handle an irate customer that is acting like the world revolves around her and that would be myself. She handled my complaint so well that I have no issues with admitting that and genuinely feeling that way And I think I gave her as much attitude in five minutes as I did my mother my entire life usually when I do reviews are not nice thank you for being a genuine person and a professional person

I shop here daily as its down the road from my house. I never had any problems up until recently everytime i go to self checkout if Mary Anne is working shes always staring and looking for a reason to come over. Today theres was someone that needed help but Mary anne was too busy staring at us and fixing the bags that we were puting our groceries in. Now i dont know if its a race thing or what but shes makes us completely uncomfortable everytime shes at the self checkout. I shouldnt feel like a criminal being watched im just trying to pay for my groceries and go home all that other stuff is unnecessary. I understand your job is to make sure people do not steal but if i have a camera in my face from the self checkout plus you breathing down our neck your doing too much. We are regulars and we always pay for our stuff and never have a problem why cause one?

What used to make me decide to go to this was the bakery. Tuscan hearty loaf bread was my favorite. Now, the price of the loaf is the same but they cut the size of it in half. Not sure if a smaller loaf means more holes but the loaf I bought was full of them. I may shop here in the future, but I won't make any special trips like I used to.
Edit: I changed my review to 4 stars drom my previous review of 2 stars.
The bakery went back to making the larger loafs - same price as before. Good job!!
