Absolute worst.
These people don't care.
The best UPS stores (Dickson City lady was amazing)in the area just closed down and now we are forced to come in here? No thanks. Guess I'll be going to Staples or the post office or purgatory or hell or anywhere but this place. Bill gladly charge you $3.99 for a little piece of tape or watch you sit there and fumble with your Amazon returns and not explain anything so that you'll end up with shipping charges.
Rude. Obtuse. Not UPS at all. Brown may be able to do something for you but not this store. This store is not UPS and it shows.
I would avoid at all costs.

This people is so irresponsible they don’t even check the sender and the receiver. They don’t go back and look and if you have a problem you on your own, they actually treat you super bad and throw you out of the store. I will never go back there.

Every visit I have to the UPS store has me walking out saying “that was easy”. Packages have always arrived on time and in the same condition as shipped. The team that works this location is always helpful and knows exactly how to lend a hand with any packing questions for those situations when you feel your own approach to packing won’t do it.

Usually have no issues here but today 5/13 the notary gave us a horrible experience. Me being very pregnant brought my grandmother in to get documents Notarized. Because of his lack of experience with a foreign passport he didn’t accept her i.d so we took a cab back home to get her green card which he still would not accept. We literally were notarizing something as simple as saying she is still alive to receive her pension. Not only that when we came back in the second time he carried on a non business related side conversation with a lady while we stood at the counter.

Lack of customer care. This place is the worst ups store I've dealt with after many years in different states and cities. As a business owner and having multiple offices in the region thus store is tge line one I've advised staff and our customers to avoid. In our business practice we will simply drive as far as needed to give other store our patronage.
From staff sitting around lazily at the Front Service Desk , to misrepresentation on services or charging customers excessively for items. This store does it all to force you to go elsewhere.

The staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. The UPS store was kept clean and tidy. The service was quick and smooth. I look forward in returning soon.

My favorite UPS store around.
Even thought I'm from other country and my English is horrible I never had a bad experience in the last ten years or so. Yes the store is busy and if you don't speak English or cannot communicate properly you'll might get frustrated but it's on you.
Don't expect the store staff to lick your posterior - you got wrong idea, its a busy place meant for business and if they don't speak YOUR language you can always go back to where you came from - away from that injustice.
