She consistently goes out of her way, even at the minor detriment of the business to make her customers feel as if they are the only ones she will see all day though she accommodates the same feelings with dozens daily. “Kim is fantastic. I purchased a c6 corvette pendant from her many years ago. Wore it everyday. Purchased a c8 corvette, and needed a new pendant. Went right to Kim’s website and purchased. Kim had the best price over anyone else too. She emailed me with information about my shipment. When I received my new c8 pendant, it was perfect. My old c6 pendant was loosing some color and I let Kim know about it. She had me send it back to her for touch up, and received it back looking just as nice as the day I bought it, with NO CHARGE. They offered water and did not at any point attempt to push a sale or purchase on us.Daniel V was very knowledgeable and passionate about watches and was happy to show me around and let try some on.We traveled two hours from out of state to visit and Orr's selection did not disappoint. They have every high end watch brand ranging from the renowned Cartier to ones as obscure as Alexander Shorokhoff; and their jewelry went from conservative cuff-links to flashy gold chains.Once I have some money this will definitely be my first stop.”
