“saved me today ?? needed my charging port replaced, he had the part available and the repair only took a little over an hour! great prices too, $62 after tax for port replacement. ive had the port replaced in the past and had multiple shops quote me much higher so im very happy with what i paid! would definitely come here again. very kind and professional
editing to add: when i came to pick up my phone i was surprised that he had installed new glass over my rear lenses completely free of charge, the glas had been shattered previously. didn't want that to go unmentioned!”

“Technician couldn’t fix the problem because our oven was too old to have parts. But he was the kindest gentleman! Noticed my military medals on the wall and while he was working we talked and thanked me for my service (multiple times). I think he felt bad that he couldn’t fix it so he took me around and gave me tips on how to keep my other appliances in good shape. He was like an old school repairman from the 70’s when people really knew how to work on things.”

“Very good experience! Screen replacement took less time than originally predicted (they expedited it because my phone runs my insulin pump). They had the screen in stock when we arrived for our appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful, even though it was a warranty repair (techs usually make less money on those). Don't let their AI voicemail throw you off - just ask for a human if it's not helpful, and you will get someone at the Moosic store.

“This computer shop is a living time capsule for computers/electronics. Jerry is a very friendly guy who will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for you. Even when your picky about what computer and monitor you want he never gets frustrated he just politely says he will try to find what your looking for. There are really not a lot of shops with kind people like Jerry! If I needed any future computer parts he would be my guy!”
