Been taking tai chi for the past year, I really enjoy taking the class. It's helped me with stress and pain in my body. The instructor is very nice and helpful. I have been taking Tai Chi at Rothrocks Kung Fu & Tai Chi for 3 years. It's a great way to exercise, keep your muscles limber and learn a new skill. Martial arts is for every age!

My daughter and I been attending the classes for about 2 months now and we love it. Sifu is great, He takes the time to make sure we get every moves and making progress.Highly recommended

Rothrock’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi specializes in the 2000-year-old Chinese martial arts of kung fu and tai chi. The Academy has expanded over the last 50 years to 6 locations.
Rothrock’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi was started in Scranton, PA, in 1972 by Master Rothrock. Master Rothrock began his training in 1968. He’s trained with several kung fu and Tai Chi masters over the years, and in 1976, he met Grandmaster Shum of the Northern Eagle Claw System.
In 1980, while traveling to Hong Kong to meet with Grandmaster Shum’s teacher, Great Grandmaster Ng Wai Nung, he tested and was promoted to the level of Master.
