“A service provider: par excellence!!!They are THAT GOOD! I chose Moppert Brothers - Eagleville from a list of several service providers that my auto insurance company sent me. I made the right choice! They called me immediately, I made an appointment, took my car in, showed Steve what was going on with my car, then Steve showed me some things I didn’t see! He told me how the repair process works and what they would do, and they did what they said they’d do! Never had to call and ask, “Is my car ready yet!” Steve stayed on top of communicating with me! He was calm, cool: no yelling or ranting to me, or to his team or anyone who walked into their business - and he’s cute, too! And another gentleman I talked to - I’m forgetting his name, was the same way. Might have been his Dad: just the absolute nicest guy! I felt like one of the family, talking to him. And here I am getting work done right before Christmas, possibly heading into the New Year, and they made me feel calm and not anxious. It may have helped, too, that Enterprise Car Rental put me in a shiny, one-day-old, bright yellow 2024 Jeep Wrangler! They just got it in one day before I got it - I was the first customer in that Jeep! That Jeep was GORGEOUS! I would have NEVER picked that for myself (I’m conservative), but I’m so glad they did! When I saw the finished work on my car, it was amazing: Moppert paid meticulous attention to every detail. So I said all this to say, I’m a satisfied customer, and I highly recommend them!”

“Charles is my new car guy! For years I've purchased nice, older model Lincolns and usually pretty much know what I want. Sometimes buying a car is a real chore to have to deal with the different personalities involved but not this time. I could immediately tell Charles was a straight up guy that understands the car business and wants to make a deal that makes sense for both the customer and for Bergeys, which of course should be the goal. We drove a bunch of different cars before settling on an MKC which is perfect! I love my older MKZ but when it finally wears out I know where I will be going... all I have to do is stop in and see Charles and he'll set me up! Highly recommend this dealership!”

“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “I bought a Jeep here about two months ago and that process was seamless. I didn't feel forced to do anything and the sales person, Chris Arndt was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, I was driving and the Jeep started shaking (a common problem apparently). I called, they got me in immediately and even gave me a loaner car. The car has been fixed and Jason was extremely helpful. There was also a disgruntled customer there while I was dropping my car off. He was upset he had to leave his car and it would take a few hours. He was not happy. I am not sure who the person was behind the counter, but he handled it very professionally. If you are getting a Jeep or Dodge, I would highly recommend them.”
