“I bought a Jeep here about two months ago and that process was seamless. I didn't feel forced to do anything and the sales person, Chris Arndt was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, I was driving and the Jeep started shaking (a common problem apparently). I called, they got me in immediately and even gave me a loaner car. The car has been fixed and Jason was extremely helpful. There was also a disgruntled customer there while I was dropping my car off. He was upset he had to leave his car and it would take a few hours. He was not happy. I am not sure who the person was behind the counter, but he handled it very professionally. If you are getting a Jeep or Dodge, I would highly recommend them.”

“Customer service has been above and beyond with Kathy and Ben. I do basic work on my family's cars and have been able to order online and pickup easily. I received a call from Kathy within 5 min of placing the order about a part that would be available next day so I wouldn't be left waiting for confirmation. I was also offered a cart to carry an almost 70lb battery out to my vehicle, very helpful. Quality of parts is on the higher end of auto stores and the warranties are easy to process when needed. I recommend this location. The only negative would be limited store hours but that can be worked around.”

“After my car battery died I called around for options and what a surprise, after the ridiculous response from the local Hyundai dealer i have used for 10 years that i would have to wait a month for an appt i called Autozone in mongormeryville. Very helpful phone conversation, they had a battery for my car and would install at no charge and bring it in 'today' are you listening Conicelli? this is customer service.....do i have to explain to you that a dealership should have 1 guy to handle walk-ins or emergencies or is that too complicated for you? highly recommend dealing with Autozone.”

“Contrary to the reviews, my experience was actually pretty decent. I had initially come in for a flat tire, but after they inspected it, they said they can't patch it up and it needed to be replaced. I called up Costco for the tires I needed but they wouldn't be able to get it in for another 2 weeks. Midas said they'd be able to get it the next day. So after ordering it for the next day, I came back and it got done within the time frame they stated (within 2 hours). During this time, I was able to work in their lounge area through their wifi. It's a decent space and works fine if you're able to do remote work. It was a relatively straightforward experience for me. Though it might've been a bit cheaper to go through Costco, at least I didn't have to wait 2 weeks and was able to get my tires replaced the next day.”

“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally!
