“The employees in this store are wonderful! The prices at Harbor Freight are so much better than the big box stores like home Depot or Lowe's. I don't think I have seen a warranty backed by a store like this since Craftsman many years ago with Sears. I am always able to find what I need at a great price as well as picking up something extra because of the appeal.”

“Two weeks ago my car was broken into and the criminals destroyed the ignition, steering column, and smashed a window. On top of the violation of having my car targeted, I then had to deal with an insurance company that gave me nothing but the runaround. Nicole at Maaco and her team stepped in and made all the difference, they treated my situation with genuine care and urgency. Nicole actually went to bat for me against my insurance company, fighting to make sure I got what I was entitled to. Once the parts arrived, the turnaround was smooth and efficient. When I got my car back, it was in the exact same condition as when it was towed in, you'd never know anything had happened. Great service that actually seemed to care, would recommend to anyone that's in need of their services.”
“I am bringing in my car for exhaust work due to it having 2 huge holes rusted badly in the exhaust pipe these guys who work here are so amazing and welcoming i got quoted a great price for this job and will be bringing my car in for it to get repaired here I been having his contact card for months now due to me ending up liking the sound but now that winter is approaching this needs to be fixed! “After my car battery died I called around for options and what a surprise, after the ridiculous response from the local Hyundai dealer i have used for 10 years that i would have to wait a month for an appt i called Autozone in mongormeryville. Very helpful phone conversation, they had a battery for my car and would install at no charge and bring it in 'today' are you listening Conicelli? this is customer service.....do i have to explain to you that a dealership should have 1 guy to handle walk-ins or emergencies or is that too complicated for you? highly recommend dealing with Autozone.”

“Walked in was immediately asked if they could help me with anything I needed a new battery since I had to jump my car the last 2 days sam she’s the store manager went out checked the battery said it was bad and I needed to get a new one she explained every battery that she had for my car warranty and all I choose the battery I wanted. She offered to install it for me and she did. When she was finishing up she happened to see that my wiper blade was ripping off told me about it she helped me get new ones and even put them on my car. Wonderful kind woman. 10/10 recommend coming here.”
“Customer service has been above and beyond with Kathy and Ben. I do basic work on my family's cars and have been able to order online and pickup easily. I received a call from Kathy within 5 min of placing the order about a part that would be available next day so I wouldn't be left waiting for confirmation. I was also offered a cart to carry an almost 70lb battery out to my vehicle, very helpful. Quality of parts is on the higher end of auto stores and the warranties are easy to process when needed. I recommend this location. The only negative would be limited store hours but that can be worked around.”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AMAZING SERVICE!
I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.
When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??
They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.
Amazing shop! Amazing family! Great people! I pray they get all the business they can handle and more in 2026. They’re the 00001% of auto repair shops that are customer centric not currency centric!
