I originally rented a 3’x3’ unit which, from the simulation online, gave me the impression that I could fit a one bedroom into it. When I got to the location, that wasn’t the case! It was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was going to fit in that. Joe was extremely instrumental in finding me a solution to fit my needs. He worked with me to get a unit that was the right size. In the end, I’m happy I got to work with Joe and I got exactly what I needed for my storage needs. Thank you and keep it up”

“Delt with Sean today at the storage facility in Collegeville PA. He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!”
