They were able to clearly understand our needs, provide clear costs without any hidden fees, and made the rental process smooth.I specifically worked with Ashley Daniels, one of the assistant branch managers from start to finish- could not recommend anyone more. “Bob came out and helped my husband fix a hose leak. We pulled in to deliver a trailer and our antifreeze started pouring out. Bob help him diagnose and temporarily fix so we could get to a peterbilt dealer. He is definitely an exceptional employee!!!”
“Needed an annual state inspection on my freightliner cascadia… called multiple places but couldn’t get any shop time. So, decided to call the Volvo dealership. They were hesitant to get me in initially but agreed to have me in the shop. As soon as I arrived, they checked me in and got the truck inspected, road test done and gave me a new state inspection sticker on my windshield.Couldn’t ask for better service. All you freightliner owners, if you needed a state inspection and couldn’t get it done at other places, give this Volvo dealership a call. They took care of me right there.”
“Rented a high-roof cargo van to help my son move from Philly to Pittsburgh. All of the staff were very helpful, from picking up the van to returning it. It was the cleanest rental van (or car) that I've ever rented. And the pricing was much, much less than U-Haul. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.”

“I had an excellent experience using TNC Self Storage for my Penske truck rental. Austin was extremely helpful on the phone making the reservation, even giving me a AAA discount that I didn't know was available. The truck was not on-site at the time I called, but they had one transferred from another location and on-site at time of pickup as arranged. Much better than U-Haul or Budget! Signing the papers and getting out the door was easy and fast, and after-hours return was very convenient. I will absolutely use TNC and Penske again for a rental truck.”

“Actually had an excellent experience. Truck was there, extra items i needed were there (hand trucks, blankets, etc.). Rental agent was extremely pleasant, just had a slow computer to work with but eventually we got it all done & I was off.
