“Never trust someone who is in the car business, right? We all have heard it. In my experience it's proven true every time. But I think I've found the exception. When the person is actually an engineer by day and this is his hobby business to get more involved in his community? Trust him. Or at least give him a chance to show you why he's earned it.
Muhammed was very knowledgeable about these cars and told me all about their ins and outs, what to watch for, when to expect what, etc. He had it in great condition when I checked out the 2013 Prius, hybrids and German cars being their specialty, and encouraged me to check it out, test drive it, and even use my own scanner to check the codes and history (they were spotless).
He told me the reason the car was priced what it was (very low) was because of the dent in the back...between you and me, I didn't notice it. But of course I nodded along 'knowingly'. This man may be honest to a fault. He gave me a great deal, a great experience, great knowledge, and ultimately, a great connection. I know where I'll be going in the future. “Do not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Battaglia Auto. My teen daughter saved up money along with some of ours to purchase her first car in August. We had been to other places to look but the inventory in our price range seemed not very good.
But at Battaglia we were fully confident in our purchase. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their reputation for selling quality used cars. My daughter fell in love with a 2012 Mazda 3. It had low miles and a good carfax history. Battaglia included a 3 month warranty with the car.
We took the car to our mechanic after purchasing to get it fully checked and he was amazed at the great condition the car was in.

I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME.
