“I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.”

While they were busy when we came in they took the time to run it by the people in their shop to see what they could do. While they were unable to fix my issue they were very nice giving me good advice on what I could do and where else to try that they themselves have gone to for exhaust work”

“I stopped in at Hanover Hyundai yesterday to ask a simple question that York failed to answer. Terry was the first person I came into contact with as I walked in. I expressed my issue and she did what she could to help me. Another lady (Kim) joined into the conversation and said she'd print me out instructions for what i needed. Before I knew it, all 3 of us were in full blown conversation about my Palisade. I hadn't realized there was a Hyundai in Hanover. What started as stopping in for a quick question, turned into an houf and a half of probably the best service at a car dealership I have ever had. Why? Because neither one made a penny off of me yesterday but earned something far greater. My business for a very long time. Both of them educated me on things about my car, service, and what I get as a Hyundai owner that York never did. Neither one had to. But they did. He called Hartlaub’s around 8:30, and they told him they’d call him back as soon as they talked to the driver. Within 30 minutes, he not only got a call back, but the driver showed up with a rollback. Everyone was super friendly and willing to help, so I would highly recommend this place.”
