While they were busy when we came in they took the time to run it by the people in their shop to see what they could do. While they were unable to fix my issue they were very nice giving me good advice on what I could do and where else to try that they themselves have gone to for exhaust work”
“I stopped in at Hanover Hyundai yesterday to ask a simple question that York failed to answer. Terry was the first person I came into contact with as I walked in. I expressed my issue and she did what she could to help me. Another lady (Kim) joined into the conversation and said she'd print me out instructions for what i needed. Before I knew it, all 3 of us were in full blown conversation about my Palisade. I hadn't realized there was a Hyundai in Hanover. What started as stopping in for a quick question, turned into an houf and a half of probably the best service at a car dealership I have ever had. Why? Because neither one made a penny off of me yesterday but earned something far greater. My business for a very long time. Both of them educated me on things about my car, service, and what I get as a Hyundai owner that York never did. Neither one had to. But they did. And that speaks massively about their business morals and ethics. I appreciated their time tremendously and will only deal with them when I go back. So thank you ladies!”

“Had my 2014 Rogue inspected in October. There was some noise concern that could not be diagnosed right away due to the weather. After putting it off, I made an appointment the end of last week, they worked around my schedule, I dropped it off Sunday night, Monday they diagnosed the problem, called my service warranty for me to make sure everything was covered & I got a rental. “I love my USA made 9000 xlt. My only complaint was the secondary lock lever spot welds. I had one of the levers come off during the installation process due to the poor spot welds. I went back and perimeter welded the shaft to arm to insure performance. Still 100% happy.”
