“I had Mill Run attempt a repair on my daughters Subaru. I say attempt because according to the manufacture and other repair shops it was not suggested to try. The repair did not work and a follow up a day later did not make a difference. They treated me well on the price and were more than fair in the attempt. I also bought a car with a re-manufactured Ford engine in it from them. The engine had a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. 8 months into the use the Flywheel broke. mill Run fixed it at no cost to me because they felt like it should not have broke. Now before you say these do not sound like positive experiences let me explain. Everything Paul and Jon did at Mill Run was about making sure I was satisfied. I have rarely if ever, come upon an auto shop with such integrity and commitment to the customer. Check them out and give them a try, they will stand by their work, THEY promise.”

“Marcos inspected my truck let me know the outer tie rods were bad. For labor, Parts, inspection, it will be less than $200 which I believe is very fair. They also sell vehicles here which are used for reasonable prices. Overall has been a pleasant experience working with Marcos Auto.”
“I did not buy a car from these people but my dealing with them was positive. I was on vacation with my family and we were returning home towing our 35ft travel trailer when it developed a problem on nearby US Rt15. I was loosing all power on the hills and I figured I'd better pull off the road before the problem got worse. Being almost 200 miles from home I obviously did know the area so I saw the car lot and pulled in figuring that there would be a mechanic.....I explained my situation to them and asked if they could help out. They were very courteous and accommodating with us........A couple of hours later I was back on the road and the price was very reasonable. (Unlike Clark Griswold) Based on what I saw that day I would consider them if you are looking for a used car.”

If you're honest with him he will go out of his way to make sure if it is all possible he'll make it work. Since the last time I wrote this review a year ago it was because my daughter got a car off of him well the pandemic happened and I ended up picking up the payments and he was so cool and willing to work with us because there's other ways they could have gone but instead he worked with us and not only pay the car off but he helped us with the maintenance on the car I said it before and I'll say it again he is a good man”
