“I think most of us would agree that car shopping can be dreadful, especially when dealing with pushy salespeople. When I called Thornton, I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who was very knowledgeable about the car I had seen online. Tyler was extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process. Thornton was also very accommodating and allowed me to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, which I really appreciated.
After purchasing the car, I discovered a few minor issues that were resolved quickly through the service department with Tyler’s assistance. I’m giving four stars only because the interior and exterior of the car could have been detailed better. Other than that, my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“I was in the market for a 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner and after dealing with a few flakey sellers I found one that Brian had posted online. All it took was a message and a phone call to get me confident that I found the right vehicle. No hassle, no haggle, straight to the point and at a fair price. I had an issue with the starter after I bought it and Brian offered to drive 45 minutes to my house to fix it for me. Luckily, it was just a corroded ground wire that I was able to pinpoint as the issues, but that goes to show you that Brian will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
