“I went to the store recommended by someone at Green dragons.
I was really impressed with how nice the employees were, an older man helped me select my composate shoes I needed for my job.
Another man came up to us and a little conversation with us.
Wish I knew their names.
I paid for my shoes.
Mind you I live 1 hour away And needed my receipt so I can get reimbursed at my job and I have lost it.
I called today and spoke to a very nice man that found the purchase and will be emailing my receipt.
I highly recommend this store, they also have a small area where they sell warm donuts.

“Our fuel oil tank was 75 years old so it was an accident waiting to happen. Most new oil tanks have a fifteen year warranty. The employees for Zimmerman's fuel department did a nice job and removed the old 275 gallon tank from our cellar and replaced it with a new tank. The old tank was nearly 3/4 full of fuel so they pumped that fuel into a temporary storage tank that was on our lawn. Then they pumped the fuel from the storage tank into the new tank using filtering equipment. They have an experienced crew for their fuel department and they charge reasonable fees for their work.”
“Very friendly and professional. I purchased three propane tanks at lowes and went to gideon king to refill. Price to refill was great, but one of tank valves did not work, so the associate said to get it exchanged and he would refill it another day. I said sounds great, should i get my receipt marked for when i return? He said dont worry about it, he will remember my face... and he did! I am shifting all of hardware store needs here from now on! Really nice people!”
“Generally the lowest prices around on tools. May not be the most organized but do you actually want them to act like a box store? At least they don’t rearrange the whole store every year or two and if you don’t like the chatty owner vibe then go to a store that is owned by a corporation.”

“1/28/26 I was looking for a snowblower between these two monster storms and absolutely no one had one. A friend referred me to Honeybrook Hardware and I called and spoke to Steve. He went over what he had and although they didn't have the brand I wanted, Steve mentioned a Cub Cadet model. After many questions which I'm sure drove him crazy, we landed on one of the two models they had. Fast forward a few hours and I drove to the store to pick it up and there was some confusion about EFI vs carb, but they explained everything and made the transaction right and lifted this monster on my truck! These are great people who care about what they do. If you want an excellent selection along with people who care about what they do and care about the customer, Honeybrook Hardware is definitely the place to go! Also got 4 propane tanks filled which only took a couple of minutes and was very fair priced. Thank you for making it easy, guys!”

“I received legendary customer service today at TSC! My husband is a trucker and has limited time at home to do projects. He called the New Holland, PA store from the road and the staff took his order and had everything ready when I got there to pick it up. By the time I went I to the store, paid, and walked back to my car it was al loaded up and ready to go! Brody and Megan went over and above to make the whole process quick and easy! “Unload 20min for 25 pallets but for plastic only 1 dock on the North end of the building. Also overnight parking up front or you can go to the end of the street and there is a big Lot on the right hand side. Looks to be open from 7am.”
