“Very professional and courteous staff. They are also very knowledgeable about how to mail items at the best cost. They answer questions and explain why one shipping method is better than the other. I mail a lot of packages and they are the only post office I use. They are also a model of great customer service. If they weren't so busy running a post office, they could teach some other local businesses a thing or two. 5 stars for sure!”
“I’ve been here a number of times and they are always super helpful even on very troublesome packages. Very friendly and service is great. Only con is that their hours on google aren’t correct due to worker shortage. I’ve shown up a few times and they were closed during supposed business hours. Check review photos for a pic of their real hours.”

“Due to me being handicapped i had to have someone drive with me so i could get out in front if store and use my vehicle to help me with my cane to get up on sidewalk. The area to walk from a lower level sidewalk is too far for me to walk. And im unable to step up from road to top of sidewalk no ramp or railing.”
“I often get overwhelmed at post offices. I don’t know what it is that stresses me out about them but Mark and Sheila do an amazing job. I’m so glad to have a small post office with amazing workers.”

Got wonderful help from associate. with her knowledge and listening to my needs, I am now using a wonderful upgrade that is so much easier to use than what i had before. “Things at Gap post seemed to have improved drastically. I have a good feeling its because a retired Command Sargeant Major from US Army is there. A retired Sargeant Major always does seem to change attitudes where ever they work.”

“Excellent post office branch, and a true public service. I have relied on the post office for years, and the staff there has truly lived up to the tradition of the US Postal Service (and Department of the Post Office prior to 1971). I can't tell you the number of times that that counter staff was patient, helpful, and reassuring. Staff has changed, and yet, this high standard has continued to this day. Delivering a service to the rest of the People in such a dedicated way, and with a human touch. Please keep at it.”
“I believe the post office these two negative comments are talking about is in East Earl, less than a mile away because I go out of my way to come here at 1058 Main Street just to avoid the negativity at the other branch. The lady here is the most helpful person I have ever come across”

“I have to say, I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve shipped things out on several occasions, purchased stamps, gotten deliveries and never had an issue. Everyone has always been friendly when I’ve gone in. It can get cramped when there’s a several people because it’s small, but I’ve never had to wait long to get assistance.”

“It's been almost 2 years since we moved. We had couple mail mixed ups with our neighbor at first. Very understandable since we have the same street number and the same first letter of the street name. Marian's always been very helpful when I dropped off our mail. This is a one man operation post office so we just need to be more patient and give more grace.”
