“Love love love Level Red Boxing. Finally took the leap a few months ago to try a class. I’ve been going once a week since due to living further north. Erin was super helpful after my first class. She reached out the following day to see if I had any questions and thank us for joining.All of the instructors are great. Seeing as we don’t have a consistent day to go we’ve rotated through a handful. They all have their own unique style and vibe which I love.Great atmosphere and workout if you’re looking to try something new! ??? i usually do the 60 minute class and its a great combination of cardio, boxing, kettlebells and core. Total body workout, who doesn’t love that!”

“Today was my 2nd anniversary as a member. I joined after a friend convinced me I could do it (even though I had my doubts) & that age and fitness level doesn’t matter. I did a trial and will not deny my body could tell I wasn’t in great shape. But… I stuck out the trial and signed on for 6 months. Best decision ever! My friend was right when she said it gets easier. (still can’t do more than 1 double under but can just about do a pull up unassisted) The environment is so welcoming with great staff and trainers but the other members are what really make it fun. We are all in it together and cheer each other on like the family we are. I don’t have young children but the child watch is great for the parents who bring their children while they work out & the children who have fun playing and engaging with other children. If you are looking for a gym that is for anyone (guys & gals) regardless of their fitness level consider a visit or a class. The trainers will help with any modifications you need for any reason. You got this!???”
“My wife was attending Tedesco Body Shop her personal trainer was NAT. She asked me to attend her fitness training sessions. This is what I learned over the past few months about why you need a good fitness trainer:1. Knowledge – Nat is very knowledgeable in his field. This saves me time on researching workouts. Nat is passionate about helping you become a better version of yourself.2. Motivation – Nat takes his job serious. Nat is always in an upbeat mode. He is approachable.3. Listens – Nat listens when I say I have pain. Nat finds ways to adapt the training routine around the pains I may be experiencing. He is flexible to my issues on the fly.4. Nat shows great Empathy and patience when teaching new fitness routines.All in all, I have found a knowledgeable fitness trainer that listens. My work outs will continue to be at Tedesco Body Shop.”

“My granddaughter is taking swimming lessons here. EVERY instructor not only wants her to learn to swim but is so attentive, encourages, and praises her. And to me too, as I watch the progress she's made. Awesome people there! A girl who was afraid of water can't wait to go each week!
Besides swimming classes, they offer family memberships and have great exercise programs for seniors, including yoga, spinning, and more. It is an amazing place with amazing people. “This is a personalized gym setting. There is no office desk to deal with. Kadee, the owner, is accommodating to your needs, respectful, and easy to deal with. Everybody is friendly. Despite its small size, you have all the cardio and strength equipment you need to get a great workout. You don't have to deal with heavy foot traffic and fight over machines. Great gym and atmosphere!”
