“Nikki, one of the very late workers at this location is always cleaning up the equipment, floor and seriously does more than the other overnight/ late workers. She’s super friendly and started recognizing us and messing around with us and really makes the environment a better place. Please give her a raise or a bonus or something this girl really puts in that work! The other night workers just be sitting around low-key.”

“I really love the atmosphere and community of this gym! I've been a gym rat for about 13 years now and have been a memeber at several different chains and mom-and-pop shops; this gym is more old school style with older, but fully functional, equipment.
The gym is super clean, well put together with a friendly and professional staff. I love having the option to use the hydro massage and other amenities if I choose.
If you're looking for a super modern gym with all the bells and whistles, this probably isn't the best fit for you. But if you're looking to get in a great workout with a great selection of free weights and plate loaded option, this is a great gym.
I also love the class schedule availablity. I don't utilize it, personally, but there's a lot of options for older members as well to come in and stay active.”
