The work was perfect and completed in even less time than estimated. I have no prior connection to the business and (despite Don's amusing invitation) hope never to have to return. “Charles is my new car guy! For years I've purchased nice, older model Lincolns and usually pretty much know what I want. Sometimes buying a car is a real chore to have to deal with the different personalities involved but not this time. I could immediately tell Charles was a straight up guy that understands the car business and wants to make a deal that makes sense for both the customer and for Bergeys, which of course should be the goal. We drove a bunch of different cars before settling on an MKC which is perfect! “Expert service in handling a major repair involving imported parts. The attention to detail and final product is impressive and the fit is a absolutely factory finish. Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic.”

“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “I must say. I am critical when giving reviews. When I give a 5 star rating, it’s usually because the business has earned it.I went on about a month ago to get a headlight bulb for my daughter’s car. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and I went to the front counter and asked for assistance. Not only did the gentleman tell me what I needed and where to find it, he personally walked over and got what I needed.This may not seem like a big deal but in this day and age of poor customer service, the guy could have just said, it’s on aisle 3 and sent me on my way. But he didn’t. Kudos to this guy!”
