“I want to take a moment to highlight my recent visits to Wawa. The customer service, professionalism, and genuine kindness I have experienced from several employees have continued to draw me back to this particular store.
Starting with Gianna, she is always pleasant, greeting customers with her wonderful smile and taking the time to ask how you are doing. Today, I noticed her training a new employee, and what stood out to me, besides her great glasses and warm smile, was the patience and care she showed while teaching him. She walked him through how to properly use the knife to cut sandwiches, explaining both the major and minor details necessary to perform the task with precision and integrity. Nothing felt rushed or dismissive. She genuinely wanted him to understand what he was doing and why.
Afterward, I watched her help him order his lunch, and the grace and kindness with which she carried herself were, bar none, wonderful to witness. Sometimes the smallest interactions tell you the most about a person’s character, especially when they don’t realize anyone is paying attention.
There are still good, genuine people in this world. Apparently, some of them catch your attention when they wear cool “butter style” hair clips lol.
Next is Brandon. Brandon consistently brings a family feel to the store. He always checks in and asks how I am doing. He reminds me to pull up my Wawa app to look for deals and makes sure I scan my Rewards Card so I can rack up points. I appreciate that he is always looking out for me and helping me maximize my Wawa experience.
More importantly, I appreciate how down to Earth he is. Brandon makes you feel welcomed, not simply like another customer walking through the door, but like family. At this point, I swear we have to be cousins based on our interactions. He genuinely cares about how you are doing, and his actions consistently demonstrate that.
I am extremely pleased with Wawa and, more importantly, with the people who represent it every day. A company can have a mission, values, products, and a recognizable name, but Wawa is nothing without the employees who bring those things to life.
Gianna and Brandon display what it means not only to know the vision, but to BE the vision.
Employees like them are the reason I continue coming back to Wawa and why I will continue to do so.”

“One quiet afternoon, when hunger came gently knocking, I drove to Royal Farms Colmar in search of something simple to eat.
For a few moments, I stood there hesitating, wondering what I should choose. Finally, I decided on fried chicken, potatoes, and a glass of cold Coke. Carrying the meal back to my car, I sat alone in the parking lot and began to eat in the stillness of the afternoon.

“I just had the best wawa hoagie from this location. I ordered a meatball sub and I was worried it would be dry because that’s happened to me before from wawa so I got extra cheese but omg the lady loaded it up with sauce it was so delicious, thank you!!!”

“Thankfully, there's pretty much a wawa within a 5 mi radius of anywhere, because I go out of my way to come to this location (because the employees working behind the food counter at the one on Cowpath and Broad absolutely suck). I won't go as far as to say that the service here is reminiscent to the OG wawa quality and service, but it's definitely better than what the norm has become at most wawas.”

“So, we were traveling back home to Saratoga NY from Philly. Needed gas and some headache medicine, so we found this gas station. Filled up on gas, went inside and my boyfriend ordered some chicken strips at 830am. Let me tell you something, that was the best chicken strips i have ever eaten. Better than KFC and Popeyes. If I lived near this place, I would order them probably 2 or 3 times a week. Just tell me your distributor and I'll order a case of it.”

“I had a drink made poorly at another wawa. Tasted like it was just foamed milk, without the tea I paid for. I didn't make a fuss, so I went to this wawa to get a better matcha tea from them. I had figured I would have to pay since I got the bad drink at another wawa, but they said they would just make the drink for no charge since I already paid at another wawa. I didn't see that coming. Great staff here!!”

“Quality and great price. 3 specialty sodas and a large hoagie for $9?? I feel like its 1999 again! They loaded down this sub and the bread was fresh. Very friendly and well stocked little shop.
