Seamlessly, they picked it up from the auction house, packaged it, crated it, and shipped to Canada without damage or shipping issues.There was a bit of a holdup at the border, but The Packaging Store went above and beyond to take control of the situation by switching commercial carriers to ensure safe, timely, and proper handling, along with broker administration and payment.In terms of packaging, they did an absolutely incredible job, from building multi-layers of reinforced cardboard and tailored foam shell down to the frame, to the crate, and to the specifically built pallet, along with instructive labels posted on all sides.I had a professional art handler assist in hanging the piece and he was very impressed by the packaging.A big thank you to all involved!”

“I've never had better, quicker or more efficient services. I was just about at the end of my rope after a severe hacking. Reassured over the phone that my computer could be repaired. I remained skeptical as The Mcafee people told me (even though I have just about every protection they offer that I would need to buy more and the cost would be 750.00 A day later I received a message that my computer was fixed and ready for pickup. I didn't even know that I was still under warranty and believe me I will make sure I stay that way. Even MacAfee told me I'd have to pay another 750 bucks to have it fixed. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ANY OTHER STORE! Without a doubt- in this scamming, pirate world- this place came through!”

“I was so out of my comfort zone when I went inside to make copies & send faxes. I had no idea how to accomplish this task & was feeling somewhat anxious. Another patron sled if she was able to offer assistance but found we were both stumped with the process of choosing correct settings to fax the items. I asked the female counter person to assist & she was very helpful, providing step by step guidance. The atmosphere is very business and it gets crowded but everyone was very pleasant & patient although everything moves rather quickly. I would most definitely recommend this business for anyone that would like to use business services at all.”

“I have nothing but positive things to say about this UPS Store. It is convenient and organized, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the most efficient UPS Store I have ever used in any city and state I have ever lived in. The store manager, Shirley, works miracles daily to keep their lines down! I am in there often making returns (Amazon Prime member here), and I have never waited longer than five minutes when Shirley was there (and my line placement was at the front door once!).I will be moving soon; it made me realize I have taken my local UPS Store for granted. “I used TSI to move 15 boxes from Jersey City to San Diego and was super impressed by their costumer service, quality of care with my moving boxes, and price. I called several moving companies prior to reaching out to TSI and was met with incredibly high rates and salespeople accustomed to using scare tactics to lock you into dropping a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a pick up. I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. By the time I was ready to book a pickup, I felt well versed in TSI’s policies and procedures. I’m hoping to stay rooted in San Diego, but if I ever need to move back east, I would 100% book again with TSI.”
“Found a great deal GROUPON for holiday cards from Staples. Was able to create the car online easily, and submitted late last evening. Email said should be done by 8 PM today (overnight)... received an email at 845 AM and a follow up call from "Chris" letting me know my order was ready! Pick up was quick and easy, the cards looked great, when Chris realized I was there for my holiday cards he even complimented me on my beautiful family (photos). This is my 3rd year with Staples & my holiday cards. The service & Staff (Chestnut Hill, PA) are great, and the GROUPON deal - pricing can't be beat for overnight production! Thank you, I'll be back - oh, and I even got a few extra cards in the order too - very happy customer here.”
“I work at a business a few doors down from the Bryn Mawr UPS store and live right around the corner. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”

“We had shipped a Fedex Priority Overnight Package. Our Passports were held at the this location and were to be shipped to our home. But with out travel date in a few days and with this being a labor day long weekend, we could not wait for 3 days to get it. So we requested them, if they could help us get it right away. The guy at the front desk acknowledged our concern and checked with other employees and the manager what could be done. The manager and others asked us to wait and managed to get our package for us. It was such a big help and they went out of their way to do it. We are very thankful, as travel date is only a few days away”
