“Very easy to pick up a package after a missed delivery. I went the day I missed the delivery attempt due to it requiring a direct signature. The person I spoke to was able to put a hold on it for pickup the next day. Sure enough I went and they brought it out to me with no problems. The process was quick and the workers were all friendly. I usually get my packages delivered to my home from this location and have never had any trouble.”
“I have been here a couple of times and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a huge box that needed more securing and the guy taped my box up really well. He also found the perfect box for me to send a small item back to Amazon for a return. I appreciated his patience and helpfulness with my packages. He was very quick and efficient.”

“We used the notary services here and had a really great experience. Quinton, the owner, was super welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with all of our signatures and paperwork.
We actually hadn’t realized that our documents required a witness beyond the notary (our fault!), but Quinton was kind enough to have one of his employees act as a witness. We really appreciated the extra effort to make sure everything was taken care of.

“I have shipped small loads before with another company and had a bad experience. TSI made this so easy. I worked with Steve and he and the team kept me informed and picked up one piece of furniture in one state and within a week, we had the piece in our home in another state. The movers were professional and called the day before and then about 30 minutes before they showed up for delivery. They even picked up furniture after 2 feet of snow was dumped at the pick up location.”

About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price.
As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit.
Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended”

In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or cold, Jim made our entire experience feel warm and welcoming.
My husband and I both left smiling, and honestly, interactions like that are what keep people coming back. We’ll gladly continue using this post office anytime we need anything because of how positive our experience was.

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

The lady who works at that location is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive; she helps you promptly and professionally. She works the afternoon shift. Anyone is welcome to visit that post office—there is absolutely no discrimination or racism. She genuinely strives to assist you.
