“an interesting and charming thrift store. large, with all the usual suspects and some unusual surprises. Prices are fair, and parking is simple. I will return to shop there!”

“Staff very helpful. Lots to choose from. They sell everything from jewelry to furniture. Small front parking lot. But directly across from the hospital so maybe there's parking there. They have tag colors that are discounted 50% off but their prices are high. Definitely a good place for shopping for yourself and family but not to source for resell.”

“I has gone here with my wife back around Memorial Day as a new homeowner. The staff here is incredibly nice, and they gave us an even greater deal (on top of already good prices) helping us mostly furnish our new home. The furniture was all good quality. The movers were also incredibly punctual, kind, and efficient.”

“This review is long overdue ... About six years ago, my daughter was shopping at retail stores for a prom dress, finding nothing (affordable) that she liked. A customer overheard us, and suggested that if we were willing to drive out to Skippack, there was a store that could almost definitely help. I looked it up on my phone - we could get there, but we'd arrive about ten minutes before they closed. I called the store, and the owner agreed to stay open late - just for us.We drove out there, and we were not disappointed. At first, I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of merchandise available, but the kind owner spoke with my daughter for a few minutes, disappeared, and returned with three dresses. All three were viable candidates, and my daughter picked one of them. The price she charged for the dress, matching shoes, and a clutch was a mere fraction of what we would have paid for the dress alone at a retail store. This is not a typical store. If you browse by yourself, you may have a very difficult time finding what you're looking for. I would seriously consider making an appointment in advance. But the payoff is huge; the owner knows her stock extremely well, and customers should leverage this.”

“Spend any amount of time around the online thrifting communities and you will begin to hear stories of "the bins".Stories of terror. Stories of awe. Where the thrifter emerges victorious. Where they leave with nothing at all. You begin to wonder what it's all about. Where are these sacred places? Why are trips planned to them? Then you learn. The "Bins" are Goodwill Outlet Centers. They are the last stop for donated goods that either weren't sold at their "regular" thrift stores, or were sent from sorting warehouses direct. They are Goodwill's siren song for the trash picking, dumpster diving hardcore thrifters. I have made the Pilgrimage, and I am...hooked. This location is about 45 minutes from me. My first time it was at the urging of another die hard thrifter. It was...fun. The Bins all have the same general format. Piles of items are heaped onto large rolling bins. At Montgomeryville they're roughly organized by categories from clothing to housewares. Each "bin" is like a foot deep. This location has quite a few to sort through, and is paired with a "regular" store. Items are sold by weight, with prices based on category. I've sourced enough broken baby dolls to scare the neighborhood kids at Halloween, found some very cool vintage plates and an entire nativity set scattered across three different bins, with not even a scratch. If you go: they are busiest at opening. Shoppers may be territorial, not wanting anyone else to search in the bin they are at, or they don't care. Be prepared to dig, that's the fun. Wear gloves. I wear the ones used by chefs that are cut resistant - there will be sharp pointy broken things. Take your time. Lastly, if digging isn't your thing, stick to the "regular" thrift stores. No shame. The cashiers are usually pleasant, ready to politely ooh and aah at your "finds". They have some boxes and newspaper for you to pack your purchases if you like. Of course I'll keep going, it's happiness for my thrifting little heart.”

“As far as thrift stores go when you walk in this one, there is a fragrance in the air, which is a complete pleasure compared to the many thrift stores where it just smells like dust, dirt, & mold. The store is very organized and seems to be clean. I enjoy shopping here very much. More often than not I leave the store with my hands full.”

“Great place to drop off donations, as soon as you park, someone comes out with a bin to help you unload your items, which is very convenient & then you are on your way.”

“I loved this goodwill. Everything was organized and sorted properly and I found SO many goodies. I didn’t find the staff to be very friendly but all my good finds made up for that.”

“This was surprisingly a pretty cool place with a variety of items by clothing artwork and dishware just to name a few. When I first walked in I thought it was just a women's boutique store which a primarily is, But they had a really nice selection of artwork and vintage dishware as well the other side. The store is kind of narrow but there are two sides to it so it definitely feels bigger than it is. Will definitely be back to look for some interesting artwork while my wife shops.”

“The store seems much more unorganized than before, but it’s kinda like a treasure hunt when you go there. Sometimes you find something great, and sometimes you leave empty handed.”

“Cute and small, but has lots to see! My sister got a Mickey Mouse umbrella that was in pretty good condition, and my mom actually found the book she wanted! I would revisit just for fun- not to actually buy anything, but you never know what you'll find when it comes to thrift stores!XOXO, Timmy's dad/Mr. Turner”

“I got there right before closing to get a cabinet I saw the day prior while driving through. The price was awesome and it was something i had been searching for. I wasn't fully sure I could fit it in my SUV and needed some cart to move it out of the store. The girl working (long blondish hair, not the cashier) moved it on a cart and brought it out to the parking lot. Then helped me load it. I don't ever buy large items like this so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get the cabinet. I'm posting this a month later (this was jan 21) but wanted to thank her above and beyond efforts.”
