Not only did they do the job, but they did it with confidence. “I live in NYC and visit the Poconos year-round. Recently, while traveling east on I-80, I hit a metal object on the road that cracked my exhaust pipe. I stopped at a gas station, where a young man—possibly named Max or Matt—directed me to Deans Auto, assuring me that they were honest mechanics.
Dean and his team were fantastic. Given that I had New York plates and needed to get back home, I was concerned about being overcharged. However, Dean promptly called his welder and had my car repaired at a very reasonable price. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and kindness.
If you’re in the Poconos and need an honest mechanic, take it from a New Yorker: Dean is the man!”

“These guys are it. They topped off my windsheild wiper fluid for free when I thought the nozzle was broken but I was actually just out of fluid. A less reputable shop would have found a way to gouge a clueless individual such as myself for all I've got. I get my inspection here every year. They're legit and efficent.”

“called in because I was looking for a shop that could perform an enhanced inspection. They were very accommodating and willing to work around my schedule. The one issue that was found with the car which had to do with the front window tint being too dark, they gave me the option to fix it myself or they would do it. I couldn't have asked for a better treatment and I really hope they'll be around for a very long time. Thank you so much to all the staff there.”
