“I live in NYC and visit the Poconos year-round. Recently, while traveling east on I-80, I hit a metal object on the road that cracked my exhaust pipe. I stopped at a gas station, where a young man—possibly named Max or Matt—directed me to Deans Auto, assuring me that they were honest mechanics.
Dean and his team were fantastic. Given that I had New York plates and needed to get back home, I was concerned about being overcharged. However, Dean promptly called his welder and had my car repaired at a very reasonable price. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and kindness.
If you’re in the Poconos and need an honest mechanic, take it from a New Yorker: Dean is the man!”
“I stopped by with my traverse shortly after finding out I had a nail in my tire. All I needed was a quick plug, and I definitely got a quick, good quality service. I was at the place for about 20 minutes waiting for my car back.
I am now back home 4 hours away, the plug held and still holing air in the tire.
The price and service were excellent, friendly, and helpful staff.”

“called in because I was looking for a shop that could perform an enhanced inspection. They were very accommodating and willing to work around my schedule. The one issue that was found with the car which had to do with the front window tint being too dark, they gave me the option to fix it myself or they would do it. I couldn't have asked for a better treatment and I really hope they'll be around for a very long time. Thank you so much to all the staff there.”
