“I had a locked rear caliper on my 10 yo Jeep. Called to make an appointment and a friendly staff member worked with me to find the best time for both of us. This has been my experience every time at this store for many years now. This is most likely why they always exceed their ETA of when the work will be completed. I am confident they would call me if anything other than what was agreed on changed. Never happened to me. This time was no different. I dropped the Jeep off the night before. They called me after inspecting what I described to explain and offer options. (They found other issues and I agreed they needed to be fixed.). Understanding unpredictable possibilities with parts delivery, I wasn't expecting the Jeep to be ready until at least the next day. I was very pleased when they called at 4pm the same day. I very rarely post reviews. This place deserves a pat on the back. Great job as always. Thank you.”
