“While on vacation in the East Stroudsburg area of Pennsylvania, I ran into a major issue when the rear brake lines failed on my RAM 2500 Cummins pickup, while pulling my 12,000lb 5th wheel RV. I had a wonderful experience at Ike’s Tire & Auto. When I arrived, a technician met me in the lobby and asked what service I needed. Right away, I could tell he was a kind, respectful, humble, and down-to-earth gentleman.
He told me the tires would be replaced within about 30 minutes—and sure enough, they were! The service was quick, professional, and exactly as promised.
Before coming to Ike’s, I had called Mavis Tires, where I was quoted $50 per tire for the tire swap. At Ike’s, I paid only $35 per tire, which was a significant savings.
The lobby was also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I asked the gentleman for his name, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he was Ike, the owner himself. That made the experience even more impressive.
I highly recommend Ike’s Tire & Auto to anyone looking for honest, professional, affordable, and courteous service. I will definitely be coming back!”
