“Went in to purchase a rear wiper blade. As soon as I entered the store immediately Manny asks “May I help you. I ask for help selecting the correct wiper blade for my car. He asks me a few questions and in less than 5 minutes he brings me the blade I need. I purchased the blade and he offers to help me switch my blade out. It took him no time. He was very nice and helpful. Very polite gentleman. I wanna congratulate him also it was his first time making the schedule for the team and upon leaving the store I heard he did a great job on it. “We recently moved to the area and have done well with deer dodging until last weekend. Wrecked the grill and a few mechanical components on our F250 on a Saturday morning, by Monday it had been taken to Rocco's. By Wednesday, we and our insurance company had the quote for repairs, and by Friday midday the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Wonderful turn around time, and a blessing to have it done before the holidays. The crew were friendly and communicative. My only suggestion would be, to be open for half days on weekends to process minor driveable repairs, while having the ability to accept tow-in bigger jobs that will take the week to complete.”
