“I am terrified of blood work. Historically, getting my blood drawn, I often faint or vomit. However the woman that helped me today - forgive me for not catching her name - drew my blood quick, painlessly, and on the first stick. She had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses. I've never had such incredible and kind service before when coming for blood work. Cannot rave about this place enough! Thank you!”

“I just left; its 8:49 am. My appointment was for 8:30am & there were several patients when I arrived. I was here for a pre-employment drug test. A lady walking out warned me of a long wait time. I was in and out in under 20 mins. Based on previous reviews I was expecting the staff to be rude; I was expecting to wait forever and it was the total opposite. Previous reviewers may have encountered different staff or maybe they didn't follow instructions but I had a good experience and I'm glad I didn't drive all the way to Bangor based on prior reviews.”
