“I am a Giant Food Store shopper and have been to most of them in York County. Last week I tried the Giant Food Store on Pauline Dr. Not super busy on early Saturday morning, which I really like. Store was well stocked and clean. They did not have a few items that I needed but I was satisfied with my visit to this Giant Food Store.”

“The Medicine Shoppe on South Queen Street has been my pharmacy for over three years since I moved to York. They are a preferred provider with my insurance plan, and have saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars per year over my previous provider (also preferred). I had no idea pharmacy providers prices for a Medicare plan could vary that much! My previous pharmacy offered exceptional, personalized service, and I was afraid I would lose that with a new one. Nope! Medicine Shoppe has a great team that provides a great experience each time! Shout out to Meaghan and Linford with whom I have most to interactions...they're both top notch in friendly service, accuracy and having orders ready on time. The Medicine Shoppe also has delivery available daily for a nominal fee. Another service worth mentioning...walk-in vaccinations during regular business hours. Little to no wait. Finally, while I have had an very occasional less than stellar interaction with one or two team members, I whole-heartedly recommend the Medicine Shoppe on South Queen for all your prescription and vaccination needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks!!”

“Theresa is an amazing pharmacist. I wasn’t able to get my meds because of an insurance issue but she could see how much pain I was in (chronic pain flare up) so she went out of her way to make calls to my insurance company and the doctor who prescribed my meds to get the issue resolved so I could get my meds that day. She did all of this within 30 minutes before they closed. I am so thankful for her help as I probably would have had to go to the ER for pain management that night if I hadn’t gotten my meds.”

“I go here for all my groceries. They usually have everything stocked and the lines for the self checkout aren't long even when the place is very busy. They park shopping carts in front of the bike rack and block it, which for me is an inconvenience. I ride my bikes everywhere and there's no point having a bike rack that you essentially completely block with shopping carts.”

“Why would a store stop carrying products that rate 5 stars and people saying best ever? MINH Pork eggrollsDo agree that they have quality food but don't keep what the customer needs. coyote grill southwestern egg rolls.Don't like the fact that they'll say that a certain item cannot be ordered for a pickup, but you walk in the place and all five items denied you are plenty in stock.I had to do a customer service item which they did credit off the items that we returned and fixed another credit card issue that was not their problem. But I did discover like a lot of times while a business may have a policy of being very nice about something. If you get an employee who's new you may not get that policy. Fortunately when I was there in person the person did a excellent job of handling the customer service and the person who didn't know the information had become educated.”

“I've been going to this Giant pharmacy for a few years now and they are by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacist and technicians have always been helpful and pleasant, my prescriptions are filled very quickly, and if there's ever an issue with an out-of-stock medication, they order it immediately and it's usually available in just a day or two. I can call with questions and they are always kind, never acting as though they're too busy to help. I find they go above and beyond to provide great customer service and are running an efficient, well organized operation. If you've been taking prescriptions for a while, as I have, you'll know finding a good, consistent pharmacy is much harder than it seems. When you're dealing with chronic medical issues, having a reliable source for your medication is essential. I'm grateful for the hard working staff there and hope they continue to run the pharmacy for many years to come.”
