“I am usually not a fan of Weis market stores. So the negatives would be the produce is not kept as well as it probably should be(have found moldy items a few times now). Ground beef specifically seems more expensive then their competitors and tends to expire quicker. The aisle stockers aren't the most engaged, but to be fair they probably choose that position for that reason. Now the positive. Usually have fantastic price on meats(except ground beef) and often buy one/get one on pork products and even on occasions buy 1 get 2. Aisles wide enough for 2 carts to get by comfortably. Some of thee best store brand ice cream (have to try the cookies and cream version). Bakery is fresh and not frozen and thawed(it makes a difference, ill fight you if you tell me their isn't a difference). Last the front end employees are fantastic, observant if you are having difficulty with self checkout and will assist you, even prior to you turning around to look for an employee.”

“Theresa is an amazing pharmacist. I wasn’t able to get my meds because of an insurance issue but she could see how much pain I was in (chronic pain flare up) so she went out of her way to make calls to my insurance company and the doctor who prescribed my meds to get the issue resolved so I could get my meds that day. She did all of this within 30 minutes before they closed. I am so thankful for her help as I probably would have had to go to the ER for pain management that night if I hadn’t gotten my meds.”

“I think they are doing better with all the customers since the merge. They get you through quickly and respectfully. But don't call and ask a question about medication on their voicemail because someone clearly either can't understand English or don't listen. So it's better to physically speak to a person.”

I use Giant Direct for 99% of my grocery shopping. I am always happy and they have totally got the procedure down to perfection. Highly recommend.
I have been using Giant direct almost exclusively for over a year. The staff are friendly and kind and my order is always correct for in stock items. I rarely have to wait long for my order to be delivered to my car. I usually pick up my orders Monday mornings because that time spot seemed to be best for most of my items being in stock.
The addition of being able to add notes to my shopper is really great. I use it very often. On bogo items I place a note saying 2 for the deal or none. I dont normally choose substitutions.
