“Theresa is an amazing pharmacist. I wasn’t able to get my meds because of an insurance issue but she could see how much pain I was in (chronic pain flare up) so she went out of her way to make calls to my insurance company and the doctor who prescribed my meds to get the issue resolved so I could get my meds that day. She did all of this within 30 minutes before they closed. I am so thankful for her help as I probably would have had to go to the ER for pain management that night if I hadn’t gotten my meds.”

“I’ve had some issues with my prescriptions where pricing was too high or I was given a generic instead of the normal prescription. CVS does apply GoodRx price to prescriptions but sometimes they do not do it. I had one recent prescription go from $146 down to $38. If I had any not questioned the price of $146 I would definitely not have received a lower price. It seems as of late that I am questioning their process more than just simply picking up my prescription. I am going to give Amazon pharmacy a try and see if it’s any better.”

“Giant Direct has been a very pleasant shopping experience, we order, set our time for pickup, when i arrive and call,.. my order is always within 3 - 5 minutes of being loaded for me with a smile and great attitude, always professional yet neighborly, especially today, August 15, 2026 I called and as usual the person answered with kind words and introduced herself as Megan, I told her my name and I was in spot 1 ready for my order, she came out within 3 minutes and walked up to the driver window to greet me and confirm my order, and made sure I was satisfied with the order, what made it more enjoyable in this day and age with such personal disconnect, was Megan took 2 minutes for small talk , as if we were long time friends,... which warmed the moment and most memorable,... we exchanged salutations and she loaded my order into my SUV, closed my tailgate and waved goodbye with a smile,... thanks for being You Megan 🙏”
