“I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees who provided exceptional service during my recent visit.
On 4/21/26, at your Giant, Pauline Dr. location, I was assisted by Carter. He went above and beyond by getting the gallon of milk I needed. The freezers to the milk were taped shut because of the painting that was being done and when I asked him if it was possible for me to get a gallon of milk, he didn’t hesitate. He stopped what he was doing and he went straight to the back and got me that gallon of milk and with a smile. I had just gotten out of orientation for a second job and I was tired and this really made my night. Companies (grocery store, retail stores) need more Carters.
I hope this feedback can be shared with him and his manager—he truly made a difference.

“I orderer a cake from the bakery with only 24 hours notice and they made it happen for me. Normally they require 48 hours notice just like most bakery's. We did a Hello Kitty theme and it turned out amazing! Everything was great across the board. Customer service, freshness, quality. Walking through the store I noticed how in every department the food on display looked extra fresh, including the seafood and meat departments.”

“Over the last 2 years I've started shopping at WISE more often than I had in the past. Previously my preferred grocery store had been giant however it seems that since covid wise seems to have stuff in stock a lot more often than other grocery stores. Not to mention the fact that the quality of their meats are a hundred times better than Giants are. They also have an actual Butcher on site that cuts your slices of meat to order when you need it”

They will call you if there are issues to communicate about options, but also get back to you very quickly if you reach out and leave a message regarding a prescription. Although they are often busy, they do their best to keep the line moving while simultaneously ensuring that they answer any questions or concerns you might have.”

“I went to the pharmacy to pick up medication recommended by my dentist. The pharmacist informed me that my medication was available, however it would take about half an hour to be prepared before being ready to transport home. The assistant who informed me was polite and helpful. Within the specified time frame, I received my medicine and was cashed out by a cordial gentleman wishing me a good day.”

“This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Don’t know how it got such a low rating. Staff are always pleasant, and fast. One time I went in to get my prescription, and I thought it was gonna take forever because of how long the line was. But within 10 minutes I was walking out with my prescription. They run out of my medication every month when I put my refill in, but I will say they always have it ready by the time I run out. So no complaints there. I will continue to use them as long as things remain the same!”

“I have to say.. I do not shop at Walmart. Due to insurance I was forced to use their pharmacy. I want to say these people at Etters are the kindest most professional people. They ACTUALLY answer the phones and talk to you. I have used CVS Rite Aid and Walgreens. They are horrible. Dirty... there can be a line at the drive through and they just pull the curtain shut and let them sit. I witnessed it at CVS.After calling 3 days I drove there to ask a question and asked if they ever answer their phones. Nope ..not when they are busy..Thank you Walmart Etters. You have been so kind and helpful.The only issue is closing for lunch. Someone should always be there. Split lunch times. I don't know.”
