“I picked IAS because of past experiences so I called for an appointment for my Volvo and had a selection of appointments. The team did their best to accommodate me and my car. At drop- off there was no confusion as far as who I was and what I was there for. The service desk was well attended and ready. My car was looked at very quickly and a detailed description of what the problems were was relayed with both email and a phone call. “I went to Wrenchtec to get my car's annual inspection. The people were very welcoming and ready to do the inspection. I was invited to wait in their waiting area where there was free coffee and vending machines with various snacks. The car passed the inspection but the mechanic also did a complete examination of my car and noted several issues that needed attention either immediately such as a dying battery or in the near future like the rear tires on my car. They gave me a typed list of everything they did and found out about my car. On the issues that still needed to be addressed they included what their charges would be to resolve. I very much appreciated this information because now I can make plans to get these issues addressed before they become major problems. I will definitely recommend Wrenchtec to anybody who needs work done on their cars and trucks.”
“I don’t usually post reviews, but my experience this past week really deserves a comment. I was on my way to the airport - over 3 hour drive for me from upstate NY - when both my front tires went. As I am panicking about how am I ever going to make it to Newark in time for my overseas flight, the amazing people at the shop assured me that everything will be ok. They not only ordered two tires and had them delivered ASAP, but also worked through lunch to have them done very quickly. I am so grateful to all of you!”

This place had no incentive to do the right thing, but still made space for me and prioritized the fix when I had no other options.

“After putting off some maintenance on my car for a while, I finally decided to start asking around to see if anyone knew of a good local garage. A colleague of mine recommended Pat's Brake Service Inc. & Lynn's Garage after her positive experience with them. I am so happy followed her recommendation!
From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience having them work on my car. Everyone that I spoke with was polite and courteous. I was also greatly appreciative of getting to speak with Bob. He was very informative about the work that needed to be done and provided two options for the repairs. He even went as far as showing me the coil that was broken and explained the importance of replacing both.
Lastly, they also offered to do my safety and emissions inspections since they were expiring the next month. It saved me so much time and hassle!
I will definitely be bringing my car back to Pat's Brake Service Inc. & Lynn's Garage again when it should need service. I will also be recommending it to my friends and family. A job well done!”
