“I picked IAS because of past experiences so I called for an appointment for my Volvo and had a selection of appointments. The team did their best to accommodate me and my car. At drop- off there was no confusion as far as who I was and what I was there for. The service desk was well attended and ready. My car was looked at very quickly and a detailed description of what the problems were was relayed with both email and a phone call. Once I approved the work it was finished sooner than expected and just as I expected! I will be returning to IAS for future service confidently.”

“I got 3 quotes in town and Dave's was the by far the best. They had it ready earlier then they anticipated and because it was a little easier than they anticipated, it was cheaper than the estimate. Truck was cleaned when I picked it up and they even left some touch up paint in the car in case I get any future scratches. No to mention they saw me for an estimate immediately. Most of the other places in town were weeks, some even a month plus, before they could even give me an estimate. Will never go to anyone else.”

“I went to Wrenchtec to get my car's annual inspection. The people were very welcoming and ready to do the inspection. I was invited to wait in their waiting area where there was free coffee and vending machines with various snacks. The car passed the inspection but the mechanic also did a complete examination of my car and noted several issues that needed attention either immediately such as a dying battery or in the near future like the rear tires on my car. They gave me a typed list of everything they did and found out about my car. On the issues that still needed to be addressed they included what their charges would be to resolve. I very much appreciated this information because now I can make plans to get these issues addressed before they become major problems. I will definitely recommend Wrenchtec to anybody who needs work done on their cars and trucks.”
“My car lost power and brakes while parking, and I was too far to tow to my local shop. Despite not having any availability, T&H agreed to take my car in for a diagnostic.
It turned out a shifter cable snapped, and one cheap repair and it was ready to go.
This place had no incentive to do the right thing, but still made space for me and prioritized the fix when I had no other options.
Honest even when they didn't need to be. Fair even when they had the leverage. I can't think of a better endorsement for a shop. If you're in Easton I think you should be using this shop. I”
“The owner really did a great job. I had an appointment on a Friday but felt my car was not safe for operating. So I had to rent a car. He told me to drop off earlier in week and he would try to look at when he could. He saved me a day worth of car rentals from doing this. I will be doing all my repair work here for now on.”

After leaving my dad's 93rd birthday celebration, I noticed my tire pressure had dropped dramatically because of a nail in my tire. It was already after 6:20 p.m., and almost every tire shop was closed. I was honestly afraid I wasn't going to make it home safely and have to call AAA to change my tire and put on a spare.
When I pulled into Mavis Tire by Palmer Park Mall, Hunter was literally walking to his car after his shift. I asked if there was any chance they could help me. Instead of saying they were closed, Hunter turned around, went back inside, and he and DJ (David) reopened the shop, brought my car into the service bay, repaired my tire, made sure it was properly inflated, and had me safely back on the road—all after closing time.
What impressed me even more was that they refused to charge me.
In a world where it's easy to do only what's required, Hunter and DJ chose kindness. They went far above and beyond anything I could have expected, turning what started as a stressful evening into one I'll never forget for all the right reasons.
Thank you both for your compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help a complete stranger. You didn't just fix my tire—you gave me peace of mind and got me home safely. That kind of service is rare, and it's something I'll never forget.

“Excellent service. They patched my tire up as soon as I pulled in. No appointment needed. I had my dog with me and it was probably 98 degrees out. I was offered water and allowed to bring my dog into the air conditioning, as it was too hot to have her out in that heat. Awesome people.
