“I was able to buy special order shutters for my home. My original order was properly placed with specific details itemized and referenced in the order and reflected on my invoice. Unfortunately , the manufacturer sent the wrong style shutters and the date to re-send the correct order would have been months away and not acceptable- especially since it was a mistake on their end and the right thing to do would be for them to expedite the correct order. The Piscitello Team made many phone calls and inquiries which professionally and appropriately influenced the manufacturer to expedite and deliver the correct shutters in a timely manner.
