“Located right off of Route 22 this gym has everything you could want with awesome equipment ranging from free weights to stationary equipment and treadmills, ellipticals,and even a stair climber. But better than the equipment is the staff. They make you feel like you've been there forever and are very knowledgeable about fitness and how the gym works. I've put in a lo of requests for various equipment and it will be there a few weeks later. Love this place!!!!”
