“Great place to work out anytime of the day. I love how peaceful and quiet it is downstairs. They have beyond everything you need with machines and have multiples of many popular pieces of equipment.”

“Hi I'm interested in your gym but I am wondering if you have any adaptive equipment for use with a wheelchair? I'm physically disabled from hips down for about 6yrs now, more the left side, and I am going through a rough time in finding a gym close enough to my home. Thank you for your time and help ??”

“I love this gym but I wish they would hire someone to DEEP CLEAN! The cup holders of the machines are nasty… workout mats haven’t been replaced in over a year, dust in the walls and near the cardio machines. Paper towel dispensers not secured to the wall. I want to give this more stars but it really needs a consistent deep clean.. especially with flu season coming!!!!!”
