Motor scooters provided for handicap are not properly charged. Why..cause kids come in and run them rampant thru the aisles. Afraid to stand up to a bunch of juveniles. I had to push a scooter w/cart to charging station, whereby an employer helped disabled person to wheelchair so I could get him snd groceries to car. Bad... read full comment
