“It's convenient for basic things. Giant Eagle, Planet Fitness, Fine Wines & Spirits, Super Nails, Dollar Tree, PNC Bank, etc. Just a variety of essentials. There was a shooting in the parking lot that I heard about it, but that's not the norm. There's a Getgo, Taco Bell, and Applebee's right over the hillside.”

“They have a Lego store. It would seem that they have their priorities in order. Seriously, very few empty stores. Plenty of options in the food court. Some stores that our local mall doesn't have but should see about getting.”

“I wish I could list them all by name but your entire staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. This was my first eye exam in many many years and the entire appointment couldn’t have gone better. We interacted with every member of the staff at various points and I definitely want it to be known that they were all amazing.”

“More pedestrian friendly than other shopping centers in the area (although that's not saying much). It's nice to have so many stores in one area close to Costco, which alone warrants the trip to the neighborhood.

It's always nice to find a place where one of us can shop while the other walks the dog.

I hope it can someday transition to a more open air mall style with areas for people in the middle instead of parking lots in the center.”

“Go here All the time and have nothing bad to say about it. Heres a list of the stores you'll find there: Giant eagle, marshalls, home Depot, sketchers, Kohl's and my personal favorite Ulta!! There's always lots of parking and it's easy to get in and out of. Also, there's an Auntie M's Pretzel truck that sets up shop in front of the Marshalls on Fridays-Not Year round -but it definitely should be!!”

“Caste Village has just about anything you want or need at one of the many businesses, shops, or restaurants. The shopping center is conveniently located at a busy crossroads in the Whitehall neighborhood, with ample parking, a Giant Eagle supermarket, a State Store, an extensive and affordable fitness center, a variety of popular restaurants, an amazing, large and friendly Hallmark store, hair salons, an excellent florist, stores of all kinds, banks, a mall with a Post Office, dance studio, doctors offices, AND, Princess Bowling Lanes with party space and catering available, plus cosmic bowling offered some weekends. Need I say more? Well, I can, because the Caste family provides free space to a wonderful charitable quilt making group called Project Linus. There are annual fireworks for the 4th of July, Halloween trick-or-treating for the kids, and other holiday events, as well!”

“Visited Dollar Tree and Jersey Mike's Subs. This dollar tree has less of an assortment of cookies and snacks than I am accustomed to. Jersey Mike's is typical of all Jersey Mike's.”

“A nice plaza at a major intersection in Bethel Park's suburban sprawl. Provides numerous businesses, gas, and serves as a junction between Broughton Road (and thus 885 and 51), and Route 88. A hot spot between South Hills, South Park, Bethel Park, and Mount Lebanon.”

“Overall a very good shopping center, the only part that isn't accessible is the lack of automatic doors on several businesses, but the incredibly kind people who shop here are happy to hold the door!”

“It’s one of Pittsburgh’s facelifts that has remarkably revitalized the riverbanks ?????.

It’s the location of several restaurants and business offices. It is also the docking area of several riverboats.

Google Maps has unfortunately mislabeled this place a shopping mall. It is a business complex that is very popular to locals and visitors.

Close Views of Pittsburgh skyline are easy and pleasing to eye. There’s a viewing platform to enjoy the panorama

There’s a dancing fountain that is draw for little kids???. There’s also historical pieces from steel mills that used to occupy the place.

A very good place to visit.”

“Perfectly situated between Brentwood, Whitehall and Baldwin. Lots of shops to choose from. Just keep in mind during the holidays. It gets a little busy in the parking lot.”

“Surprised that it is bigger than it looks from the road. This was the first time I actually shopped here and I enjoyed it. Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack and two of my favorite stores and I recognized some of the products that I saw online. I will definitely be back and ready to shop.

Many other retailers, including Marshalls, so there are options. I forget the other store names but there seemed to be about 25 of them, with both indoor and direct outside access. It was not crowded, but comfortably busy and lively when I was there.

The one thing is that entry is odd if coming from the south. Must use a jug handle turn to access entrance. Then I did not realize that I had to go around the shopping center to get to the front to park as there is one way traffic from the entrance. No big deal. i uturned in the garage and found my way to the back of the center and entered these stores from there. Now that I know, I will go up one more entrance to enter from the side street so I can park closer and more easily.”

“This plaza has a lot to offer. There’s a Petland offering a lot of great boys and services for your fur babbles. And ladies keep your eye on your hubby there because there’s a cockatiel and a macaw in there that will steal their heart away from you in a flash. They don’t even have teeth just a big old beak and those big bird eyes. You should hear chatting back and forth funny stuff. They have a fish department but no one there really knows it well they’ll just sell you anything and don’t carry much in other accessories for thanks etc. there’s one worker there that knows all about dogs though. Every breed of them. And they even bathe your dirty dog. They have just as much felying products for your Cheshires. The usual for hamster, tubes, balls, habit trails, and very little for your guinea pig. There’s a distributor that’s very nice with drive thru they’ll bring your order to your car. There is also a planet fitness which is constantly being used and is a hub for younger generation persons.. Don’t get me wrong about the constant use there’s plenty of machines open too. There’s a brand new hobby store for all you gamers and collectors as well as models and top of the line paints etc. For your grocery needs the shop n save there is convenient and the people there are helpful and always smiling. There’s a family oriented Asian restaurant that has a wonderful menu. There’s a tailor who’s been trusted by many over the years. He’s great goes out of his way to make you look your best. There’s an insurance company with great prices in the Anex and the pizza shop also in the Anex Marsalas they have a menu that’s out of this world the food always hot tasty and prices are reasonable they have a few items that you don’t normally find at other pizza shops and offer desserts they also deliver. There’s a Mc Donald’s for your conscience and honestly I think this is the best one from either direction out because their food is always fresh and they may get a little busy but if you enjoy good fast food this would be the one to go to. There’s a pep boys for your cars needs and they are spot on with pricing.. There’s a med express which is always nice to have nearby and they are wonderful people that are helpful and they too go out of their way . Car dealership in the lot and it’s not a congested area so they take the time to address your needs as well. Theres a smoke shop Mr smokes there and they offer top of the line cigars and many vapor and smoking accessories you can grab a pop and chips there too they have lottery and the candy area is every kids dream. I forgot to mention that there’s a Somerset Bank inside the shop n save it’s accessible from outside the building also it’s small but the people are kind and smiling. The canned tomato is the Newsweek restaurant there they have an Italian menu for my Italian friend very good food. left anyone out I apologize but I’m going on memory here but if there was after all the good things from the other places I’m sure they too should be on this list.”

“I grew up in Etna, PA, a former mill town where residents primarily worked at Spang Pipe Mill or Carnegie Steel Mill. Although the mills are gone, the Spang Pipe Mill buildings have been repurposed and now house new businesses. Etna is situated on Pine Creek, which flows into the Allegheny River, a vital water source for the mills and current aquifer. Visitors can explore the local shops and dining scene, keeping in mind the town's small size, and will likely be pleasantly surprised.”
