They Even manger to give me a phone call when my package came in ! “Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful.
Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location.

“A gentleman who works in the office is very kind and nice. He gives suggestions to reduce the box size so I can pay less!!
He works very efficiently, yet never rushes anyone. I never had to wait in the line.
I like to go this USPS office instead of one in malvern or Frazer”
“I buy and sell sports cards. Any card I've mailed in any envelope always get to where it's going, whether it takes 5 days or sometimes 2 and a half weeks. Also any bubble mailer has gotten where it needs to as well. Shipped 115+ cards and counting right in the blue box outside, have yet to have an issue.”
“This office always has the nicest most helpful people there!! Especially Lynn! She helped my 87 year old mom and was happy to do so. She is excellent with the elderly and everyone else as well. “Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”

“For business purposes— I’m required regularly to go into local post offices. Out of the many— this spot is where I prefer to go! It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)”
