“Forget the upselling Stealerships. Steve is a master and experience Volvo Technician. He recently changed the engine oil and filter on my 2025 XC 60 T8 Plus as well as changed the ERAD oil for much less than the dealer. I found the workmanship to be superior to the local dealerships service department and the cost was more than fair and less than the dealers over pricing. Steve and Pearl were a delight and meticulously noted (on my bill) the part numbers of everything done including the specific fluids and measurements used to insure Volvo’s Warranty was in no way shape or form mitigated. Steve showed me the after product of the removed ERAD oil and my shavings which were nearly none on my Gen 3 ERAD plug magnet. That’s peace of mind and I will continue this service every 5k to insure long life of the vehicle. When you are serviced here you won’t go back to pay an arm and a leg at the dealer. That I promise.
