“I had an incredible experience with customer service at Mavis today. We discovered a nail in our tire and noticed the low pressure light was on. Upon arriving at Mavis, we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady who informed us that the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes. Once the service was completed and we went to settle the bill, they surprisingly didn’t charge us, which is honestly quite rare and greatly appreciated. We are now back on the road, safe and sound. “I have a H-D Road King Classic Touring bike and I'm very particular. Rich installed and balanced a new rear tire and installed new rear brakes. No issues at all! Fast forward to 4 weeks later and I had him install 2 sets of new front brakes. For the fronts, I supplied the OEM brakes and again, no issues at all! Saved me alot of money over the dealership and great work. Thanks Rich!”
